Terry S. Kimbel A.R.D.M.S, A.R.R.T., R.V.T., R.T., (R), (CT) is the majority Owner, Founder and currently the COO of SonoSource, Inc. Mr. Kimbel served on Active Duty in the United States Air Force from 1987-1994. Mr. Kimbel served in support of operation Desert Shield & Desert Storm from August 2nd 1990 to October 1st, 1994. Mr. Kimbel was decorated with the Non-Commisioned Officer Profesional Military Education Ribbon, Air Force Training Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Longevity Service Award, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with two devices. Mr. Kimbel was Honorable discharged after 7 years and 6 months of service.
Utilizing the leadership skills and discipline obtained during my service in the USAF, I used my experience to create a compnay dedicated to Healthcare. I have worked diligently to build SonoSource, Inc. into a strong organization that is focused on providing exemplary patient care with only the best and most qualified healthcare professionals available. As CEO of SonoSource I have successfully negotiated and then managed facility contracts all over the U.S. As CEO I was instrumental in acquiring GSA Vendor status with the United States Government. and under my direction SonoSource has successfully provided ultrasound service to numerous VA medical centers all over the U.S.
As CEO I have also successfully evaluated and negotiated the purchase of numerous types of medical imaging equipment and been instrumental in the restructuring of ultrasound departments throughout the U.S. by providing consulting assistance and guidance on matters relating to procedures, protocols, accreditation, recruitment and the implementation of department policies.
